Fall 2023

Itza Wood returned in 2023 with a studio session where we led the project from concept to execution, taking on both creative direction and art direction.

The set was built entirely from scratch, including the checkerboard flooring and custom-printed wood textures, allowing us to create a controlled environment where form, material, and composition could coexist with intention. Styling was approached with restraint, letting the objects speak through balance and proportion rather than excess.

Lighting played a central role in shaping the mood—kept deliberately moody and elegant to complement the neutral tones of the woods. Soft contrasts and measured shadows add depth while maintaining a warm, inviting atmosphere. This project stands as one of our favorites, reflecting a shared commitment to craftsmanship, thoughtful design, and a visual language that feels timeless yet quietly bold.
